It takes about 10-30mins to upload the server.
But if you continue to have issues try the following:
Please take the following steps in order, even if you've already tried a few of them. Let me know if you're a Mac user, or if you're running Vista; your options will be different.
1. Record a quick test workout of .02 miles or more. This ensures that you have enough data to trigger the upload process, allowing us to review and, if necessary, edit some of your iTunes information. Once you've recorded the workout and saved it successfully in your iPod nano's workout history, please dock your iPod nano and allow iTunes to launch. (Note that if iTunes does not launch automatically, you can launch it from your Start menu or your desktop. You can then select your iPod nano from the source list and, on the Summary tab, click "Open iTunes when this iPod is connected" to ensure that iTunes automatically launches in the future.)
2. You should receive a pop-up prompt indicating that your workout data has been sent to nikeplus.com, and asking if you'd like to visit. Please click "Visit." (If you do not receive this prompt, please select your iPod nano from the source list in iTunes and select the "Nike + iPod" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and de-select "Automatically send workout data to nikeplus.com." Click "Apply." Now re-select "Automatically send workout data to nikeplus.com" and click "Apply." You should see a "Visit nikeplus.com" button. Please click this button.)
3. Nikeplus.com will now launch in a new browser window. You'll see your run displayed in the center applet. Click "Log In," in the upper right-hand corner, and enter your account information to assign this run to your account.
4. Return to iTunes and click the "Summary" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and make sure that "Enable disk use" is selected. If you need to select it, please click "Apply" to lock in the new setting.
5. Open Windows Explorer (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer). Note that this is NOT the same program as Internet Explorer! It's a utility that allows you to navigate the files in your internal and external drives.
6. In Windows Explorer, click Tools > Folder Options and select the "View" tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected.
7. Locate your iPod nano in the source list under "My Computer" in the left-hand column. It should have a name like "Clover's iPod," and will probably be listed as Drive E or F. When you find it, navigate as follows: Clover's iPod > iPod_Control > Device > Trainer > Workouts > Empeds.
8. You'll now see a folder with an alphanumeric name. Users with multiple sensors will see a folder for each sensor. (Note that the folder name actually corresponds to the serial number on the back of the sensor.) Each folder contains the workout data associated with that sensor.
9. The "synced" sub-folder will likely contain the run you're missing; its filename will reflect the date it was recorded, so it should be easy to locate. When you find it, drag and drop it into the "latest" folder.
10. Eject your iPod nano and close iTunes. After a moment, re-dock your iPod nano. The file should upload automatically to the account you specified in the last session.
Regards
