    Was told by a Dermatologist after having some laser treatment done that there was no point in using anything higher than factor 20, he said it was a complete con!!!!
    Doing it anyway I can

    the Tesco by us has a sign on the entrance that says you must wear a tshirt.

    I have asked the security plenty of times if I am OK to go shopping in a shirt or a Jumper as it says I must wear a Tshirt and I haven't got one.

    Good! Ours doesn't and once people are on holiday they seem to lose all ability to dress themselves....

    Interesting. Until about 10 yrs ago, it was illegal in Aus to label any sunscreen as higher than SPF15+, because they said it was pretty meaningless above that level.

    I still always buy the SPF30+ though.

    Apparently Boots, Tesco and the Co-Op here in Lerwick all sold out of sunscreen in the last couple of days. Nowhere has any electric fans either. Its been HOT HOT HOOOOT up here

    ....in November it will probably be cold, cold,aaagh....and the drive through the Cairngorms in the middle of the month will probably be challenging. On the bright side, no midges.
