Sooooooooooo, what we're saying is that it's a premix of some sort - but a Trimix nevertheless. Maybe a 16/ 55 - something like that (?)

Balloons filled with 15/55 float well. I tried it last week for a birthday party.

I found that 45% helium just about kept a normal rubber balloon bouyant as long as it was fully inflated.
