I have a friend in Gran Canaria is trying to source one of the above, either brand new or second hand. Does anyone have any suggestions for retailers / prices / sources for this?

No need to argue that other rebreathers are better as this is a specific request.

e-bays always got some just search for rebreather or apex is the people bringing them into this country
if you want them new then have a look at http://www.danshop.com/ddparts.html they are a german company and are very good
