| are you using the origanal wing and harness?? if so, use the intergrated wieght rather than a harness or better still get a back plait converter so you can use any standard back plait and wing which makes the dolphin much nicer to use and you dont have the lunges pushing in to your back. hope this helps kind regards john routley
