Another Extreme Ironing Thread :) - RNLI Tea Towels

Just in case there is anyone on YD who hasn't heard (have you been asleep??), we are having a day of Extreme Ironing at NDAC on 10th January.

Each ironer needs to provide an ironing board, an iron, and significantly, something to iron.

We have a thread to help you locate those elusive boards and irons, now here's one to help you find that elusive item to iron.

As you know, the event is being organised to raise funds for the RNLI. To have the record veryfied, we need to have pics and video's. The higher the RNLI profile in those, the better it is for them.

How cool would it be for everybody to be ironing an RNLI tea towel?

I have managed to secure, on sale or return, 100 of them. For a donation of at least a fiver, you can have one. After the event, obviously, it will be yours to keep.

As these come from the RNLI sales company, please don't make any donation trough the JG pages. I have to make the payments seperately. PM me, and I will let you have details of an account to send the payments to. All tea towels will be distributed on the day, when you arrive at the site and check in with our surface support.

Alternatively, if there are any left unsold by 10th Jan, you can pay cash.
