No!! I was the one in the YD polo shirt, though I have to admit I was there a little after you'd left.

Although if I have to pay £30 for a service that would push the total cost up to £205, which is about £90 less than buying new.

There weren't many left when I left the shop, so I doubt if they have any at all now. I got there about 15 mins after they opened and the shop was packed.

I thought of going back in to buy a drysuit but SWMBO would have hung me by the short and curlies
Thats excactly what i paid for mine at last years sale. I presumed they had already been serviced because they were ex-hire. Nobody told me they hade'nt and i never asked.

Ummm Something to think about

A small addendum:

After assembling your 1st stage rig, stick it on a tank, gas it up then squirt it all over with dilute liquid soap. Any leaks will show up straight away.

Thanks Mark. LDS are now doing this for me. I decided to get the regs serviced as they are a year old and although DW tested them before selling them to me I just feel happier if they get the full treatment. So, I asked LDS to fit the hose too.

Incidentally, LDS are selling a Seac-sub 4mm compressed neoprene dry suit for £350 (brand new), with hose and hood. Is this a good deal? I don't really know if seac-sub are a decent make.
