That is an oldy and a goody, I used this page about 4 years ago when I was looking at kit.

Its does have a slight techy slant to it though

Also the advise on 12 or 15L singles is very area/site dependent and certainly not the view we take, however if you are going to go techie its quite good, if not like most divers, its still well worth a browse

I have read the manifold section a couple of times in the past, and its very well put together Did not take the advise though
