Personally, I'll always say go for an O3 - well made suits with excellent customer service!

Mind you it does restrict you to neoprene.

Another vote for O'three - unless you might want to do Tech-1 at some point in which case the DUI.

Out of interest how have you narrowed it down to Typhoon or DUI - not exactly at the same end of the market...

*shrug*
I see a lot of happy divers in Otters.
Particularly the Britannic MTMs.

Personally I would avoid neoprine, compressed, condensed, squashed or otherwize. It has bubbles in it and bubbles, in my book, are holes.

I wrote it up once. It is a personal opinion nothing more.

My first drysuit was £500 - I then spent another £400+ trying to get it right and failed.

Then I did what I should have done in the 1st place which was to go and see O'three and get a good suit that fits correctly. The best diving investment to date (well that and the Salvo).

There are cheaper suits out there but they are *very* good and the customer service is superb.

Their website is http://www.othree.co.uk/
or give them a call on 01305 776754 - they're based down in Weymouth.

The best thing to do is to call them and make an appointment to go and see them.

They do a lot of OTP sizes which can all be taylored to fit or if you're an awkward size (like me) then you can go down the MTM route. OTP is quicker and cheaper.

O'three are on Tel: +44 (0) 1305 776754

Hi Andy

I have an 03 MSF 500 and a dui compressed, I much prefer the 03.

Well made and rugged, had it since 2003 and gave it a bashing

Dont think you can go far wrong with the 03

Gerry
