u shouldnt need to use any grease mate !!! as the o ring should seal it !!! but if u was gunna use any kind of grease on any kind of diving equiptment it should be silicone grease ???

unless it is in oxygen service then you should use 02 compatable grease like cristolube, but you are right, you don't need to lube the hose 0 rings.

i must admit i do like to support my local dive shop !

but ive had some bloody ace deals from go-dive

although i do know a few people who dont like em

but hey ho !!!

and every diver likes to save money on dive gear have no dought about that !!!

I have to agree, Rebreather Spares are brilliant. They even called within an hour of me putting in my order online for some cells to confirm availability and delivery times. Excellent, well impressed and cheaper than most places.

I can now dive my rebreather on a setpoint higher than 0.89 thanks to them

I am quite happy to buy anything on-line so long as I am fairly comfortable with the fact that after sales service may not be up to much. You know... a slate is a slate but if it was anything my life depended on, like regs, then I would want to be certain that it would get sorted out easily if somethign went wrong with it. I know I can get that from my LDS and they will usually do what they can re: intenet prices.
