Mask off is easy. Use the 'breathe through a kiss' mind set to keep your nose shut off. Turn the mask round in your hands and then hold the nose piece to align it. Strap round the back of your hand. Mask on face. Free hand pulls the hood away and lets it snap back over the mask. Just tucking a finger under at your cheek and running it up to your forehead is best. I find doing the far side first easier. If you have lots of hair running the finger right round the top can help I clear it now to see it isn't leaking. Pull the strap round the back of your hood.
