A big thanks to everyone

Not really a question and not sure if it should go in this section but I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone.

I have been looking to spend some money recently and chose to buy all the gear I will need for diving. I have found the information in this section invaluable in helping me decipher the mass amounts of kit available so thanks to everyone that posted in this and other sections of the forum.

I am just finishing off my padi open water diver course and intend to dive both in the UK and on holiday so got everything I thought I would need

My Kit Purchases
Seaskim membrane dry suit MTM with under suit to match £550
Apeks DS4 first stage, ATX40, ATX40 octo and Apeks SPG £239
Apeks Quantum Computer £149
Oceanic V16 Fins £90
Oceanic Mask £35
Gloves £20
3mm Akona Full body Wetsuit £75
Oceanic Boots £25
Various bits and pieces from Divingniknaks

I hope that this will see me good over the next couple of years and will be expandable when I get more experience.

You can be sure I will be back online when I pass the course as I want to get a wing system (possibly FROG) and tank and I am sure there will be other things I will need.

Thanks again
Matt

Looks like you're doing ok for kit now pubbloke! Looks like some good buys all in all. If you're looking around for some practice diving in the cold stuff around here anytime give me a shout if you need a buddy. I'll hopefully be able to get some time off for good behaviour and get a days diving done somewhere.

James
