A question on blobs
I just tried to give someone a green blob and was told I couldn't blob this person "again" (have only every blobbed them once before) and that I must spread some reputation around first. Have sent at least 3 blobs since I sent this person one a few weeks back. And I'm sparing with my blobs, so they're SPECIAL. (said with big smile).

Anyway. How many other people do I have to blob before I can re-blob the first person?
