RSS 2 feeds (again)

Just been changing my feeds over to the RSS 2 version.

(For those who don't know look here)

Now, there used to be a way to get forumid numbers for specific forums, like it says in the FAQ. These numbers were available in the URLs, but now the URLs look like this: http ://www.yorkshire-divers.com/forums/general-information/

So is there a new way to do this? I've broken all the old feeds and now all I have is the "new posts" feed: http://www.yorkshire-divers.com/foru....php?type=rss2
