Exclamation Thread Viewing Options
After a few recent threads on Divernet (it shows in my server log, honest!!) stating that the format of the YD boards isn't the easiest to use, I thought I'd remind you that you have a number of ways of viewing the boards.

In your profile : (USER CP ¦ EDIT OPTIONS) and scroll down to THREAD DISPLAY MODE.

The choices are:

1. Linear (Oldest First) - this is the default mode and the one I suspect most of you already use.
2. Linear (Newest First) - as above but the post order is reversed so the LATEST post shows first of all
3. THREADED - similar to the Divernet format where you get to see the threads displayed and can then scroll down and select the ones you want to view.
4. HYBRID - mix of the above.

If you go for the THREADED mode, you can also increase the number of posts to show per page.

I thought the s/w used on Divernet (and the BSAC one until recently ) was total crap. Always have.

Just been to see what all the fuss is about, I got bored about a third of the way down.

As for some people not knowing what YD is, lets hope it stays that way

Sadly one of the main perpetrators does know what YD is... I have to say i thought the sexist/homophobic comments were a step too far and I am sure they would have been chastised here, but once again on D-net they go un-noticed.
