Royal Mail

If you are not going too deep then check ou the RM standard policy as I think (correct me if I am wrong) covers you for up to 30M.

Which gets you 3rd party insurance, but has nothing to do with travel insurance.

I've found most standard Travel Insurance policies cover you to 30 metres within qualifications.

Scotsac Membership does provide third party insurnace for club organised diving trips (I think like the BSAC one).

Divemaster do a third party insurance pretty cheaply and a dive insurance policy for a fair price (IDEC card) they also do equipment insurance policies.

I believe DAN do similiar policies.

Go for DAN - they cover virtually everything if they 'manage the incident' ie you, or your buddy, call them and let them make all the decisions. If you don't let them manage it, then you get pretty much the same cover for the medical bills, but some of the bells and whistles are restricted.
