| Certainly 80 bar wont inflate it anywhere near enough here. I always use a full tank or at the very least 150bar.

| Ive had problmes with mine to, I tryed everything filling from full cylinder, filling from half full, etc and in the end i sent it off to AP and they had a look. 3 days later they sent it back fully working. They have not told me what was wrong it just works now.... Oh and i now always fill it from a full cyclinder and i get a nice big one at the surface!!! |

| 100 bar min to fill a 0.1. If it's DIN, make sure you screw it all the way home or some of the air leaks out past the threads. Plus that's how you get seawater in the cylinder. A blob of grease (o2 compatible if you're nitroxxey) makes all the difference.
