Blue?
I am always gratified to receive green blobs (to balance some of the vitriol) and if I get the odd red one it is easily sorted (once I have paid them a visit!). However I got a blue blob the other day. Is this indicative of adult content?

It was probably grey and was issued by someone with less than 50 posts. It could have been green or red - unless they added some text, you will never know
