Posting data in a thread

Been messing about today and created a graph of Number of Dives v Max Dive Depth of YD members form the introductions bit.
Thought I would post it but can't work out how to cut and paste an Excel graph.
Any ideas?

Display the graph.
Hit the 'Print Screen' button.
Open Paint or the picture editor of choice.
Press CTRL&V to paste the image in to the open program.
Select the area you want, copy and paste as new image.
Save as jpg
Attach to post.
