Private Messages (PMs) - Please Read.

Hi Guys,

just a quick request from those tasked with keeping the YD databases clean and uncluttered.

In the old format, one of the things which took up an inordinate amount of disc/memory space (and subsequently affected the length/time of backs-up and refreshes) was PMs.

To that end, might we ask you please to review/clear - regularly! - those PMs in your IN and OUT boxes? Clearing these will make an over-all difference to YD page-response and performance times.

Lastly, just a quick note to all our 'lurkers' and visiting guests. Unless you register as a member, all higher functions and features (like making a PM to an existing member etc.) are not open to you - please register (it's free) and all member functions will then be available to you.

Again, all your help here is much appreciated. Thanks.

We're seeing a few messages from folks being posted on the boards asking other members to 'please empty your PM inbox' as it's full.


Please can we ask everyone to go to their PM in and out boxes and delete their in and out trays REGULARLY!!!???

This 'so and so' has reached their inbox limit is driving me mad.
