Post Using the 'Quote', Smilies and Emoticons Function.
Ok, who nicked my smilies?

When I try to "reply" to a post I get the "post new thread" box and the option to put a smilie with the title, but there are no smilies down the right hand side for me to klick and insert into the text box. I do not have an option to see additional smilies either but I know both these exist as when Mrs Narked@50 logs on she has the options. I have compared both settings and everything appears the same.

What am I missing oh great one??

I have same problem, apparently they are down the right hand side according to H but i cant see them on either my work or home pc.

You can do them if you look up the code

for example colon camera colon
colon dog colon
colon bat colon

but cant just click and select them...

maybe one of the tech heads can tell us..

Go into your control panel / edit options and select the advanced WYSIWYG editor (or something to that effect) at the bottom.

Doesnt work on mine either. i have to use the codes and type them

The game is guess which ones are programmed... there was thread on it a while back.. some people can see them.. but not me

You need to type them in - for a list have a look at the FAQs. Then "Reading and posting messages" and then click "what are smilies" - there is a "click here" link whcih will display them in all their glory including and

I think that you have to have your profile set to WYSIWYG and then it'll give you a list?
