    Fantastic job Helen, well done!!

We will get on great when you realise that the effort you should put into communication should be allocated thus: 85% listening 10% thinking and only 5% TALKING

Lawyer to client: "Mr. Mouse, I can see that you are upset but finding out that Minnie has buck-teeth are not genuine grounds for divorce"

Client to lawyer: "I think you misheard me.... what I said was I got home late the other night and saw that she was fu*#*ng Goofy"

Yep gotta add mine. Congrats Helen, fantastic job. You're right, sometimes in cases like yours it is good to be wrong. Hope you're bruises are ok, n healing well. Hope you're gonna be back in the water again soon.

    All the best. James

I know it's been said already but I have to add to the "well done!" messages - d@mn few people take the right action when it comes to the crunch like that. The diving community in general owes you a huge debt IMO.

I've never met you but you're a hero in my book

Very well done Helen! Wonder how many others with the right training would have done as well as you? I reckon those not rescue qualified should get out there and do it, and those that are should do a refresher every 2 years or so.
I'll buy you a beer in September - will be up there with Kev and Jimmy - again...

Well done Helen, I think you should now be considering changing your hood for one of these

then you can pretend you're in one of those sunny Aussie soaps that you know a bizarre amount of trivia about.

    See you in August!

    Helen,
Amazed and stunned at your selflessness and bravery, very well done and congrats to all those who were involved, if I had any worries about diving at the flow, they're all gone now, remind me to get you a beer in August
