Hell yes! He can cheer me up anytime! What a fantastic public speaker! One for the girls, me thinks! I asked him to join us for a curry but he "claimed" he was going to see his MUM!!! A likely story! Oh well, I got a kiss! It was my birthday, so was the least he could do!!!!!

Swoon!!!!

well done for remaining so positive... keep smiling... the only way is up (or down as you will eventually be able to go again...)

Thinking of you

Julie,
Spending your time practicing skills in the pool is always wortwhile, but rescue skills involving multiple ascents even in a swimming pool is quite provocative and might be better avoided until the PFO is investigated.
Hope all goes well.

Yes, I'd like to know as well. AFAIK, you have to have significantly more nitrogen in your tissues than you have normally before anything* can precipitate bubble formation. No extra N2 = no bubbles, or should I go back to the physics O level queue?

Cheers, Chris

*Except for a rapid ascent to over 18,000 above ground in an unpressurised aircraft.
