Thanks for the advice, I'll start by using standard width hoses and take it from there, it will also make construction easier.

Unfortunatly, I am waiting for a 6 hour scrubber and a modified center core, before starting to construct the unit, but both are on order, so it won't be long.

The whole plan is to replace the scrubber with a 6 hour version, replace the center core that holds the sensors, with a new one that will hold 5 sensors rather than 3, so I can attach 2 VR3's, also a HUD system, wired into the original 3 sensors.

The counter lungs and mouthpiece assembly attach to the harness in the standard position, with the scrubber unit fitted into a plastic tube that clips onto the harness in a cylinder side mount position on the right, along with a 3litr Oxygen cylinder, and a bailout Nitrox mix. 2 bottom mix cylinders are fitted to the left.

This removes everything from the back and leaves all controles in the standard positions, hence minimising retraining.

Comments, suggestions, constructive critisism all greatfully recieved, as I'd prefer to discove mistakes at this point
