R22-D sources?

Anyone know any reliable sources for R22-Ds (or quality replacements) - I've always used AP in the past but thought it worth asking. Not too keen on using Oxyhceq for historic reasons.

TIA

Keith

I've not had a problem with Patrick so always buy from OxyCheq when I'm in the states.

I'd be interested to know if there's a competitve UK source.

[EDIT - just check the divelife site http://www.divelife.co.uk/r22d-oxygen-cell-p-369.html pretty reasonable, but not sure what the delivery would be. Brett is a decent guy to deal with too.]

Cheers

Rich

Vandergraph? http://www.vandagraph.co.uk/oxygense...ensensors.html

I impulse bought a CAG-250 cell from them at the show for my home made analyser, I was expecting about 60 quid, it was 45.

I need some more too, we could see if they'll do a bulk discount.

Edit, just checked £54.64 ea.

Omni do an equivalent for £28(ish). Don't know how reliable they are, I'm happy with Teledyne so stick with them from Patrick, never had a prob.

I've dabbled with 'cheaper' cells before - they turned into random number generators & wouldn't hold calibration for more than a day or so. Not even slightly worth it, not even for the joyous celebration of getting out alive and unbent

If there's anything proven and reliable then it may be worth looking at, otherwise I'll prob just end up back at AP because you know there won't be any hassle if after-sales is needed.

I remember there was a thread on the CDG website a year or two ago where a few people had clubbed together and got a bulk deal from Vandagraph. Might be worth looking at.
