Bob the Builder/diver saw the sea in a book once
Question Chasewater

Going on Open Water Instrutor Course later this year to Chasewater anyone ever done any diving there. Anything I should know about this site that may be of help.

I live about 5mins from chasewater. Wouldnt really of thought of it as a dive site, the water doesnt seem like great vis, not sure what the bottom is like. However if the west mids region are using it, it must be ok. I did my OWIC at stoney, and got my PIE there later this year, didnt want to do my PIE at chasewater cos of using a unfamiliar palce for my exam. Have heard various rumours about the water not being to good, that you can catch some right stuff from it.

Enjoy the course, you'll pick up a fair few tricks.
