BSAC Instructors required 5th & 6th March
BSAC N.E Region are having a training weekend at Wastwater, 5th and 6th March. Any BSAC Instructors who are available and would be willing to help, please contact Dave.Lucas@(nospamnospamnospam).og.ge.com. (removing the nospam bit of course)

The students range from Ocean Diver through to Dive Leader. In order to keep the cost down for the students, accommodation will be supplied at the youth hostel at Wastwater and travel expenses will be paid at cost only.

Sounds like a good idea, but as I haven't instructed for sometime and only CI not OWI so I wouldn't be much good to anyone.

I always manage to be busy when you ask for instructors for various things. This time I am assisting on an IFC in Yorkshire!!

Fiona, as a CI you can still attend an OWIC (loads coming up between now and July, one day course, costs £35), before getting 12 hours of teaching in and voila, you are an OWI.

Yes already done with old OWI course some years ago, in Wastewater very cold just never managed to get the 12 hours instructing time. Which was a pain because I wanted to teach on the Nitrox courses and could only do the classroom part.
