| How much does the average pool cost per hour? Just about to start phoning around looking for a Pool for our club but wondered what the average price Instructors or clubs pay? I know this will vary with area and quality of the pool (public v's private) but it would be nice to get an idea. Thanks in advance. Oh... and if you have a nice pool around the Bristol area free on any evening get in touch! ![]() |

| Our pool is around £40/hour. Finding a pool of the right size/depth with available slots is another matter.

| Rather than trying LA pools try public schools most of who have a pool of some sort or other. Most LA pools already hve a full club programme and fce presure from the public to release moe pool time for public sims and not the clubs. You may also find that some older school pools are 3m deep whereas modern pools are no deeper than 2m these days.

| We pay £25 a week for the use of just the diving pit but they dont mind if we "stray" from the pit into the main pool if we are doing standing depth type training, and they arent too worried if we go over the alloted hour. |

| i have seen between £20-80 an hour, shop around, these 2 pools are 15 miles apart! |

| I think we pay £50 for an hour in the local Council pool in Canterbury, its rather large and has a 4m deep end, very good value for money i think. We have a slot every Thursday from 2045 till 2145.
