afternoon....
hello folks..

quick introduction; name's louise, live in sunny Preston, work in Blackpool..

am a rescue diver, but haven't dived for a few months..had a bit of a "mis-hap" whilst diving in Oban and have lost all confidence..

Am now desperately trying to get back into diving, but need recommendations on a dive club in the Blackpool area..

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated....

Seek out he who is called AirAssisted (Ian to his mates ), he lives in your manor and will be more than happy to 'assist' (groan) in getting you squared-away with buddies and getting back into the swing of things at the right pace to suit you.

Welcome to YD.

If you need help I'm more than happy to assist. I'm not in Blackpool but not far away in Manchester. If you're looking to regain some confidence I would have thought some nice inland dives at somewhere like Capernwray would be the best place to start and it's not far from either of us. Midweek would be nice and quiet if you can mange it and it suits me best.

We are an obliging bunch so I'm sure you'll get plenty of offers - I'm sure one of us will be able to match up to your time off. Hope you're back in the water soon.
