Just got back from a very pleasant 87 minute bimble in Ellerton. Could have gone on longer but I was a tad cold (Narked@50 - cheque in the post for the Xerotherm Arctics!) and I needed a wee real bad!

I was only joking about the bag of crisps but when I asked Mr Helen what he'd eaten he said: 'Just a bag of crisps and a cup of coffee, I wasn't that hungry'. What he really meant was he couldn't be bothered.

Foolishly, I slipped into wifely-mode and made him a sandwhich - but only 'cos I need beer after my long dive and don't want him falling asleep/falling down after quaffing on an empty stomach!

Sigh...........the trials of being Xena Dive-Warrior and a domestic goddess....................

Hmmm, mebbe not quite Xena Dive Warrior: Waddling around with masses of lead strapped to you in a drysuit that makes rustling sounds not dissimilar to wearing plastic incontinence knickers kinda takes the glamour out of the whole thing. I am short though - my buddy calls me 'Short & Stroppy'. I have no idea what he means...........
