| Hello Respectful and polite hello to one and all from a rainy Devon, where I live and do most of my diving. Been around a bit though and finally got a new digital toy in a plastic box. Still just breathing air. Best looking forum I've seen so far.......... Sorry - should have added that I'm a late "qualifier" - PADI AOW and BSAC Sports Diver - did quite a bit befor "qualifying." Dived and snorkeled around S.W. England, E and W. Scotland, N.W. Wales, the Med(Gibraltar, Italy, Malta, Gozo and Cyprus), the Red Sea, Bermuda, South Pacific, OZ(GBR and South of), Hawaii, Bali, tropical E. and chilly S. Atlantic. | It's an oddfish... At least that's what they're called that down here - otherwise razor shellfish(although to be honest the majority around here have straight edged shells- at least on one side, curved version less comon locally - I think). "Ensis ensis" or "Sp." if you're that way inclined. Not only do they make good bait, if you're hungry they taste pretty good too. And thanks for the welcome........... |
