| Hi from Devon I have just joined this forum and thought that I would say hello. I have just completed OD with Aquanaut, Exeter. 5 OW dives to date. Mainly low viz due to the weather. OW dive 4 was in Exeter Canal with no viz, where all my shiney new kit got caked in the car park mud. Novice mistake, will be more careful where I park next time. Canal was a comfortable 12 degrees. Hoping to get through the winter months with my semi dry suit and upgrade to dry suit next year. SD course due start in the next few weeks. My current aim is to get to progress to DL in the next 2 years. The club philosophy is clearly "we don't do politics!". Looking forward to shedding some of my current 40lbs weight. Current plans to visit Malta next May and Red Sea in September. Hopefully diving off the RIB tomorrow at Budleigh Salterton. |

| Welcome! I'm just outside Exeter! Glad you enjoyed the canal ?Double Locks was it? Viz was good at Brixham today, and even out at the Orestone we had 6m viz! Lumpy ride back across the bay on the RIB though! I may be in Budleigh tomorrow - for coffee! Enjoy the walk back up the beach! Paul

| Hello and welcome, Water was 14 degrees down in Cornwall today and 8-10m visibility. Which is ok for the south coast. Maybe be able to get out on the north coast, a degree or 2 warmer and a few metre better vis hopefully. |
