| Hi Guys Thought you would be interested to know that YD member Okeanos from Cornwall and I went for a swim this morning and he is complaining about the water temp being 28 degrees Celcius! Okay I must admit it is relatively cold (in comparison to the normal 30/31 degrees) for me as I have adjusted to the temps here. But a tough UK diver used to those temps????? Anyway he has now gone for a dive with his daughter...let's see later? ![]() |

| The water wasn't too bad, but due to a tornado or something in the bay of Thailand it was quite windy. The chill factor made it feel quite cool. Some excellent diving, my son did his junior OW with a very patient and understanding instructor, but she did say don't bring him back, and we were hoping she would adopt him Great little reef on the southern end of Karon beach, it's the first time I had dived it. The shop is a great place to sit and talk about diving/life in general. I only managed to get 10 dives in while I was there, it gets bloody expensive when you pay for 3 divers!! I'm not sure how long before Chantal reappears, Thailand has trouble with some of it's internet connections since the earthquake in Taiwan, 3 weeks before normal service resumes. |
