Time to dive.

now were friends can you tell us about how Nettlebum came about.

I have to have had at least 8 pints before I disclose that one. Any offers

Kirstie- sadly I don't get down to Plymouth that often - would love to live by the sea though. Ha - wouldn't we all!

Fair point!

Sadly, the truth is quite dull. I was weaving my way home with some friends one night (walking, not driving I must stress), when the beer caught up with me. It was dark, on a quiet country lane. I succumbed to the call of nature behind a bush, lost my balance and fell backwards into... well you can guess the rest.

Had no end of volunteers to rub the stings with dock leaves though

There. Humiliated myself on my very first day's posting!

see, you DID fall on your bum in some nettles. Do I win a prize?

Falling on a bit of anatomy near your bum is as close as damn it....

A lady Geologyst freind who worked in the mountains with lots of old male Geologists, once told me that you (ladeez) must stick your head in the bush and not your bum, as no one would recognise your bum on the high street...

Oh and welcome aboard
