LIVE IN LEEDS, WANT TO DO A DRY SUIT COURSE, HAVE ONLY DONE LOVELY WARM WATER DIVES, WHERE IS BEST TO LEARN?
BEEN OUT OF THE WATER FOR A YEAR, VERY SAD LACK OF CASH FOR DIVING HOLS, NEED TO DO DRY SUIT COURSE TO GET BACK IN THE WATER.

ANY ADVICE GRATEFULLY RECEIVED

Seeing as you are in Leeds, try Robin Hood Water Sports for a PADI Dry Suit Speciality. I have just got a made to measure drysuit from them a couple of weeks ago, and rate them for value and service!

thanks for that, it is essential to have ones own drysuit to begin or can one borrow from course and buy later??
i might not like it....been a bit of a wimp with cold water in the past..

Most places will hire a suit out with the course; to hire a suit otherwise, you need the cert card! Worth a call to them tomorrow perhaps? Viz is excellent at this time of year!
