Hi all (new member)

Just a quick hello to everyone,

Did a PADI discover scuba about 4 years ago in Koh Samui & got bitten, so to speak !

Decided to do the OW course with Taba in Paralimni, Cyprus in October 2006 & saw the photo,s of the Zenobia but got the thumbs down from Steve until I was Advanced OW so took the AOW with Diving Leisure Leeds the following September 2007 & emailed Steve to book me on the "Zen" that November. Had a great week diving with him (very quiet, no tourists).

In December I happened to bump into an instructor (Tony) from Aireborough SAC who said I was welcome to pop in & meet the club, I was a bit apprehensive at first (I,d heard PADI divers don,t always get a warm welcome from Bsac clubs)
but after being told they would teach me to be a real diver (hilarious) I jumped in & I,m now well on my way through the Sport diver qualification.

Got quite a bit of diving booked for this year;

Eyemouth - April
Isle of Man - July
Farne Islands - September
Back to the "Zen" in November

Look forward to hearing from ? anyone
