Intro
Hello all, been lurking for an indecently long time.
I'm an AOW with Allander divers in Glasgow, just back in the water after a L1/S5 microdiscectomy. Lots of west cost, Loch Long, Loch Fyne etc, but also a busy summer ahead further afield culminating in a trip to Scapa in October - WooHoo!

I had a L4 Microdiscectomy 5 years ago, and it has'nt affected my diving , and hopefully yours won't either
