    Did you loose a camera?

    Hello, Whilst diving the M2 submarine this weekend (23rd Aug) I found a camera and housing that has been down there for 24 hrs. If you lost it or know who has get them to reply to this thread. I'm an 'honest' local Weymouth diver.

    NickB's handy camera tip #1

    Whenever you put a new memory card (or film for the luddites) into your camera, take a photo of a piece of paper showing your name, telephone number & email address. That way, if someone like our new friend John E Boy finds it, he can repatriate it easily.

    Have a laminated card with these details in your camera bag with all the other paraphernalia.

    Nice one John, such honesty is very commendable.

    Well done, hope it finds its owner,

    It could be mine though, ok Ive never dived the M2, but I have dived out of Whitby, I have worked out the currents and wind factors and it would be exactly on the M2 at the time it was found. oh hang on though, I have not lost my camera.
    Still worth a try
