Hello from a newbie
Just joined so I thought I'd say hello to everyone.
Still a novice diver, AOW with 22 dives, but hopefully that number should be on the up soon.

Hi Penfold, welcome on board.

Check out the 'planned trips' section, and whenever you fancy a dive post in the 'need a buddy' section - shouldn't be any problems getting your dive count up a bit!

Welcome to YD. I'm sure you'll find this place a wonderfull resource for learning about diving, new equipment and finding dive new dive buddies. Get your name down on any trips you feel comfortable with diving on. If as your new to this, as are a few of us on here, don't hesitate to ask for a more experienced diver to accompany you on your dives. You can learn lots form more experienced divers, even at the more advanced levels. Get more dives in and build on your experience and confidence.

Join in and have fun, that's why you joined - right?

If you pay a bit of attention to the board you will gather some seriously insiteful knowledge, the kind old crusties in some BSAC clubs think is power and the PADI guys want to charge you a limb for. We are mostly of the opinion Agency does not matter, it's YOU we are interested in, hope you get as much from the site as you can and do some of the trips as they come up.

Hope you can get some dives in soon, if you facny some dives on the south coast or WEST WALES have a look at the dragons web site at www.divingdragons.co.uk

its not true that welsh men chase sheep with our wellies on...trainers are much faster
