Can anyone who has recently purchased and imported a Sports KISS into the UK, please give me an idea what import duty/tax they have paid for the privilege?

Not a sport but a classic, the sums are the same.

$30 to pack it, about 100 quid to ship it, then 10% import duty finally 17.5% on the cost of the Kiss, shipping and import duty.

Dunno if you could use your 'France' location to legitimately avoid or reduce the Tax and/or VAT, but coming into the UK there was no legal way to do this.
