Quick connects on KISS

I've started a new thread rather than hijack Milldog's.

I think the second port on the newer Kisses is just a mirror image of the port on the RHS, presumably a relic from when the O2 used to be on the left.

I'm not sure how I could add the QC to this , as it would flow in at Intermediate Pressure rather than ambient? Unless I got another manual add valve without the orifice, or similar, and attached the quick connect to that. Which is starting to add more and more bits.
