Are you a week day YD'er?

i noticed recently that there are a few notices here and about looking for buddies in the week. In fact, it was someone (jay) looking for a week day buddy that got YD started in the first place. So I decided to stick a thread here for the week dayers.

If you are a week day free type person, stick your details here. Hopefully, after a while we'll get a few who can dive mid week on here who will share contact details and then we magically have a one stop shop for the unemployed, shift workers and those who dont mind throwing in a sicky now and again. Not that YD condones that you understand!!

Me I work shifts so can dive in the week, Stoney or guildy suits me fine.

well it's Jewish holidays (my firm is mainly Orthodox Jews even though i aint so we close on these days ) so i have 7 week days off (in october) thus why i went diving on tuesday

so i'm free on 13+18+19 October (although already booked up the other days off)

April will be the next time this happens though ....

mainly on week days i'd dive wraysbury and gildy unless sharing transport.....

I work 2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off on a continuous rota. So im available midweek sometimes. Love to get more diving in, living in Middlesbrough in the North east, either coast or inland will suit me.

I'm a shift worker,(why else would I be replying at this time in the morning) we dive out of Withernsea Nr Hull. I struggle mid week to get divers to fill the boat to share costs etc. I think its a good idea of yours to try and put this group together. Whilst I'm not adverse to diving on my own, it does limit what dives we do and distance to travel. It’s probably a little late in the year for this season but I will be watching for next year.

Hi all,

Am looking for a buddy on either the 13 or 14th October as work have made it compulsory to take your birthday off. I am desperately trying to stop this unheard off practice (not) and thus decided would like to go diving Buddy permits. Have car will travel, preferably Stoney though will get wet in Guildy.

Am BSAC DL , advanced Nitrox, Trimix and have been diving for nearly 10 years.

I am technically self employed so apart from Tuesdays I am free most midweek days for dips.

I only really know Stoney, but might be persuaded to go elsewhere.

I get every tuesday off work, day off can be swaped if i get enough notice though. I live about 1hr away from dotti but will travel.I have even been know to take a midweek dip down the south coast(For the right dive).

Currently dive OC but am due to take del of new inspo early December so i will be up for any muddy puddle midweek so i can get my hours up ready for next season. Quals BSAC DL, TDI Adv Tri-Mix
