| Sorry to ask this so soon after joining but my club need a bit of help! Not exactly needing buddies - more needing instructors to help in Capernwray to do Ocean divers, sports divers and dive leader instruction - we have a number of keen and eager divers who want to get their BSAC qualifications signed off - unfortunately we are hitting the problem of lack of instructors. this is Bradford University Sub aqua club and I am the training officer. if you think you can help any weekend or even just one of the days from the following please let me know - either PM me or contact me at Moya_Scott1979@hotmail.com. If you come and help train we will cover your entry fee and your air fills. and if you are especially nice some nice warming food and drinks!! so we are looking at : Sat and sun 29th and 30th April Sat and sun 6th and 7th May Sat and sun 13th and 14th May Sat and Sun 20th and 21st May. also if any of you happen to be Bradford way on a thursday night then help in the pool sessions would also be hugely appreciated - we have a fe instructors but again the more the merrier - we are in the pool 7-9 and lectures 6-7. again contact me if you can help please! thanks and sorry to beg its just hard - we have lots of divers wanting to do the courses but lack open water time! thanks Moya |

| You should find a contact on the BSAC site here. I would also recommend posting this on the BSAC forums. Sadly you're a bit far North for me to help. Janos

| No problem Indeed.. I have been mailing a guy called Ivan Nicholson regularly but he hasn't been coming back to me... Thought you were all busy with exams.. I am the area coach fro yourselves, Keighley and North Ribblesdale Branches and can help you with the training no problem. In the club we have 5 Open Water and one Advanced Instructor so we can help with all aspects of the training and skill development courses. This will be in combination with our club and one or two others lurking around!! We also run a pile of trips during the year where you are more than welcome to join!!! Could you send me a list of contact names and numbers for your club... Ed Howarth is our training officer and we should come down and talk to you on night.. Cheers Simon Campbell FC872/AI3515 Diving Officer, Ribble Valley Sub Aqua Club Yorkshire Area Coach & Regional Expedition Scheme Coordinator |
