looking for a buddy, weekdays or weekends
Hi all, just completed my open water and looking for a buddy for Capernwray or anywhere in a reasonable driving distance from Leeds, I don't have any dates planned, it's just a suck it and see, just need a few days notice to hire gear and make sure it doesn't conflict with hollidays.
I need some practice before I do any other courses, so if anyone wants to babysit me and have a dive??

No no, you don't need to get practise in before you do another course, you need to dive now that you have paid good money to learn IMHO it's more important to get load of diving done now that the summer is here, worry about doing another course later.

I'd buddy you but I'm miles away from capers

Its easier for readers if you put dates in the header of your message.... might be up 4 it, depends on dates... looking at boat dive next week

If you are willing to come to other way then I would be willing to buddy with you I live near Goole (work in Wakefield) and the nearest sites are Blue Lagoon and 8 Acre. I would be willing to buddy with you, I have plently of diving experience abroad but only this year have I got in to UK diving.

I would be willing to do Capernwray occasionally but at the moment funds are tight due to various things including a change of job coming up in August.

Let me know.

Hi Chris
Come to 8 Acres on saturday for the fund raising day. Instead of dive fees the monies goes to MND fund. Plenty YD'ers there for the day...........adult bouncy castles...........underwater treasur hunt........bbq.......bring a tent and stay over. Go onnnnnnnnnn you know you want to!!
