Anybody planning Wast Water next week?

Hi folks,
I'm on holiday in the Lakes next week doing a bit of general walking/pubs/normal holiday stuff and as I've always wanted to have a look at Wast Water I thought I'd take my dive kit with me just in case.

The questions are -

1) Are any of you planning to dive there between the 8th and the 15th of July, and

2) Would you mind a "Shandy Drinker" (though I was born in Barrow) joining in for a bimble

Nothing serious, anything down to 30m or so - I just want to have a look as I've always thought it was such an impressive looking lake.

Myself and James Narked@50 are going there Monday 10th

We're going to do 50-60m, but you're more than welcome to join us.

We'll be dropping down the wall from the memorial plaques to the gnomes garden at 47m, then reeling off out along to lake bed to see what sort of depth we can get to.

Go can stop anywhere on the wall if you like and just have a pootle around at whatever depth you feel comfortable with.

send me a pm or just post on here if you fancy meeting up for some fun diving.

We have another guy going who will looking to be staying shallower, and so there's a buddy for you to go between 30-40m
