Well, we have 3 between you, me and Matt. Colinicky will sign up.

I'm happy to use any existing group BUT I need to be sure if it is specifically aligned to one specific charter boat or just local divers.

Again, Eastbourne is localish for me.

However I would just put a note up on YD with numbers - you know the sort of thing

1.
2.
3.

etc. and see how it does.

(Yes, local to eastbourne... well.. brighton)
Yes, I understand your point and have to confess I have done reasonably well using that method.

What I am proposing is a very basic, needs no logging onto a forum and searching about, you just open your email (work email for me ) and there is the info I need.

Unfortunately, and understandably, my regular dive ferry is now only accepting full charter bookings and doing thrill rides etc. I did offer my lap to assist with the thrill rides but due to the sex of the thrillee being down to the luck of the draw I had to withdraw it quite quickly!!

I'm just looking for easy access to (and to be accessed by) a core of local divers including those who are no longer interested in clubs and, maybe, even dive fora?

Bryan, I'm fairly local (Crawley) and interested but 40m in UK waters is beyond my level. If you're planning anything suitable for the less experienced amongst us, say in the 20 - 25 m range, let me know.

eastbourne is localish, so both mrs vid and I would be up for this and the depth isn't a problem

the only problem we find is something that you've identified already
