Stoney on a Saturday? Ewwww no. I think the water to diver ratio is much higher in my bath. :-)

I'm going to be getting wet on the inside instead by going to a beer festival (Brigstock Beer Festival 2006) Tough job but somebody has to do it!

So where were you guys?

Tim and I were supposed to be doing a decent deep sea dive today but he got told he was flying on a business trip first thing Monday and we had to can it. On-line to him at about 9.15pm on Friday night and he was asking what I'd be doing with myself - the answer to which was 'F*#k all!'. His wife took pity on me and gave him a last minute pass to dive Saturday.

Needing no second invitation, within 15 minutes my car was packed with dive gear and I was on the road, arriving at Tim's for 11.20 and a night on the sofa ready for an early start at Stoney. Still didn't get on the bottom car park.

So, I kept my eyes open but didn't see you guys - except of course for Steve, who as usual was taking the piss with his disabled driver's badge! And I was delighted to bump into (or is that trip over?) Daz whom I haven't seen for ages! Despite his protests to the contrary definitely now a victim to the Dark Side. Though in his defence, he was talking about getting a 'breather, but I'm not sure they do one in his size.

Did anyone get caught by the film crew doing interviews? What was that all about?
