Still, I might as well take my time if no-ones there to get wet with by 5ish

Although I'll happily prattle on with Danny while waiting

Ha I get to work at 07.00 and leave at 17.00 , thems proper hours.

I think I did well last week though , left work (waltham cross) at 17.15 and was in wraysbury car park at 18.00

Yup
You need to renegotiate your contract, or accept less money

You too DSD

This is becoming a bit of a habit, eh? Or is it a rather obscure chat-up technique ?

LOL
Every week I expect the guys at Wraysbury to have sorted something
I'm sure I have an ordinary torch in my car somewhere but I'm not sure where I put it and it's generally stuffed full of dive kit!

DSD's torch wasn't a patch on yours (no offence DSD) but his was a normal one and I don't think yours is supposed to be used out of the water

Talking of which, why is there a "radioactive" bit in my smoke alarm ...... ?

'cos there's a sensor a few inches away which measures the amount of alpha radiation coming of the 'hot' bit. When there's smoke in the air, the alpha particles get impeded and don't get as far as the sensor. When the level of radiation at the sensor drops, the alarm goes off and wakes the dead in the nearest 3 counties...

What a fabulous evening's diving

Thanks to Tamer, MJH, Row and our illustrious leader DanE

Marvellous and fun dive with Tamer followed by a night dive for all 5 of us

I have reservations about diving a three in Wraysbury, but a 5 and at night ! It was utterly brilliant though and immense fun. Didn't lose anyone, (although I thought we may have gained one when Tamer decided to run 2 torches) saw the Wraysbury pike twice and just generally had a fantastic couple of dives, despite getting wet again.

Thanks to Arthur for being his usual helpful self and thanks again to DanE for the help with my buoyancy check

On too much of a high to sleep. God I'm gonna be knackered tomorrow!
