Wraysbury - wednesday evenings

Sixsquid

I will be there with a couple of other guys - they are trying out new wings and backplates. Planning on going to one of the platofrms and doing drills, shutdowns /ooa etc. Was planning on being there about 4.15/4.30

Black saab with an idiot in it- I should be easy to find as trying out twin 16's.

What size stage do you need- I can bring one along if that helps together with reg.

Ian

PS If there are still spaces for the Farr Talk then I owe you some money

That would be great I've order an ali40 so one of those would be cool, but I'm adaptable

I did wonder if you were going to come to the talk. You didn't confirm (with money ) so I crossed you off the list last week. I can resurrect you if you definitely want to come. Do you still have the details ? You'll be able to save postage now if you hand over the dosh tonight

I can recognise a Saab, expecially a 900, but history would suggest I'm poor at spotting idiots

It'll be great to meet you. I'll be in the old LR Disco

Wednesday Wraysbury

Sixsquid

My ali 40 is full of 02 so maynot be the best choice for a muddy puddle.

Have a 7ltr of 50% and an ali80 of 50% thats fine if you want to borrow that together with a reg.

I need 3 spaces on the farr talk and will give you the dosh tonight.

Black saab 93 estate - it will be the one with all the dive kit in and the collection of idiots trying to be DIR.

Let me know which stage you would like-

Ian

Thanks Ian,

I'll take whatever you'd like to lend. I just want to practise fitting on kit (which is where 40 is more appropriate), diving comfortably, maybe deploying a dSMB from (dependent on conditions & buddy) and possibly switching, but that's not important tonight. I'll do more of that at the weekend with some depth and, hopefully, vis

Cheers

It's a bit late I know but I can't make it tonight. I'm on the road tomorrow and I have a s**t load of stuff to do before I leave the office.

You live in Swanage and you're bringing trainees to Wrayspuddle? surely thats the diving equivilant of an oxymoron .

Last week the viz was about 1m and the temp just under 10 degrees but I'm sure someone will be along later with up to the minute data.

According to my computer 8 C but it felt colder tonight, very poor vis and rather dark

But then we did wait an hour for Spacehopper and Dry suit Diver to turn up so it was a tad dark toward the end of the dive

Thanks for the dive Uwila, it was ..... interesting And thanks for the close encounter in the toilet LOL
Also many thanks again Denney Diver for allowing me to borrow your 'virgin' ali40

So, who's up for next week
