Red face Thanks to Gav

Thanks Gav

An enyoyable day out playing with new kit:

Dive 1:
- 30mins, max depth 19m, 7C
- Entry from Bus Stop. Tootle around 6m shelf, down to 10m, down to 15m, down to 19m and a swim around the Helicopter before returning to the wall for ascent and then 2nd tootle around the 6m shelf
- Basic shakedown dive for me on by Sub CCR
- Lessons learned:
1) Move weight from weighbelt and to shoulder weights in the Sub
2) Need to reroute ppO2 monitor cables
3) Turn O2 valve off before leaving home

Dive 2:
- 39mins, max depth 20m, 7C
- Entry from Bus Stop. Surface swim to Stanegarth buoy. Down shotline (##1), around & through Stanegarth. Follow anchor line back to wall (##2). Up wall & tootle around 6m shelf
## Alarms ##
##1 ppO2 suddenly jumped from 1.28 to 1.35 and took some DILflushing to get back down to 1.28 where it settled!
##2 ppO2 suddenly jumped from 1.28 to 1.43 and took some serious DILflushing to get back down to 1.28 where it settled!
- Lessons learned:
1) Move weight from weighbelt and to shoulder weights in the Sub (didn't change after dive 1)
2) Rerouted ppO2 monitor cables spot on
3) WTF did the alarms suddenly go off like that? Answer(?) - brand new cells and forgot to calibrate with 100% resulting in the vertical descent kicking them off at the top of their settings(??)
4) Alarms on ppO2 monitors are certainly audible & visible
5) HUD alarm works a treat

Thanks to Gav for putting up with a CCR numptie!
